Reservations can only be accepted for a minimum of 7 days, during high season arrivals and departures can only be accepted for Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
In the remaining months we accept reservations for 4 days.
The camping pitches are available from 12:30 on the day of arrival. On the departure day the camping pitch must be vacated by 12:00.
Don't forget: When you book and take a post-paid arrival or an advance departure, the reserved period will have to be welded in full.
It is only possible to reserve one camping pitch at a time; if you need more than one pitch, you will need to repeat the reservations process.
Your reservation is confirmed when you have transfered the booking fee which is the 25% of the grand total.
If the fee is not received within 10 days after the reservation request, the request will automatically be canceled without any further notification.
After the booking fee has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a voucher. Please bring the voucher with you when you register at the camping.
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing and at least 30 days before the reservation date commences. In this case the booking fee will be returned with a deduction of € 100.00 for administration and handling fees.
Cancellation received less than 30 days before the reservation date commences will not be refunded. This also applies if the guest does not arrive on the planned date.
The guests will be billed for the complete time reserved even in case of a late arrival and/or the stay is shortened.
Camping staff will assign a camping pitch on arrival, which cannot be disputed or detested; no cancelations of fees can be declared.
The reserved camping pitch will be kept free by the direction until 12:00 the next day.
On the day of arrival, please park your car on the right hand site in front of the barrier. For the checking in procedure a valid document in line with the Italian law, e.g. passport, is needed fromeach guest.

At the arrival you are required to pay cash a deposit of euro 100,00. It will be given back at the end of your stay, after our inspection to the apartment and in absence of damages

No smoking allowed in the apartments.
The settlement has to be made at the arrival. In case of an advance departure or a delayed arrival, no money will be refunded and the whole booked stay has to be settled.
In the yellow and orange periods you can book stays no less than 7 days; in the pink and green ones you can book stays no less than 3 days.
Check in and check out during the yellow and orange period can only take place on saturday and wednesday. During the green and pink period, they can take place on wednesday, saturday and sunday.
