During the peak season, reservations are accepted for the minimum duration of 7 days and it is mandatory to arrive and leave on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday; therefore, reservations with departure or arrival on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are not accepted.
In the remaining periods of low and mid season, reservations are accepted for a minimum of 4 days with arrival and departure on any day of the week.
On the day of arrival the pitch will be available from 12:30 pm, not before. On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 12:00 noon.
Please note: When making a reservation and a late arrival or early departure occurs, the booked period will have to be paid in full.
In case of booking multiple pitches, it is necessary to carry out the booking procedure for each individual pitch.
A deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required for our confirmation of the reservation request.
Deposit will be required when booking through our booking only by credit card.
Reservations for which the deposit has not been received within 10 days from the day of the reservation request will be automatically cancelled without sending any other communication.
The deposit amount will be refunded if the reservation cancellation is communicated in writing at least 30 days before the arrival date. However, in this case €100.00 will be charged as secretarial fees.
The balance of the entire booked period must be paid on the day of arrival. There is no reduction in case of late arrival or refund for early departure.
The daily price of the stay will be charged according to the ordinary price list.
Pitches will be assigned by the camp staff without giving rise to complaints, waivers or claims; however, it is possible to reserve a particular pitch by paying an additional fee of €40.00 in low season, mid season €50.00, high season €60.00.
The management assures the customer that the pitch will be available until 12:00 noon on the day following the day of expected arrival.
Upon arrival, after leaving your car at the designated parking lot for check-in (just before the barrier on the right side), you must report to the Front Desk to register each person’s documents as required by law.

A cash deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay, after our inspection, if no damage is found.

Smoking is prohibited in the housing units.
The balance of the payment is due upon arrival. In case of early departure or late arrival, there are no refunds of any kind and you will have to pay for the entire period booked.
In the yellow and orange periods, reservations can be made for stays of not less than 7 nights, and in the pink and green periods for stays of not less than 4 nights.
Arrival and departure in the yellow and orange period can only take place on Saturdays or Wednesdays. In the green and pink period you can arrive and leave only on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday.
