RECEPTION
The reception time starts at 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.; in the afternoon, it starts from 2.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Cash time is exclusively from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
For those wishing to pay in advance, we are open from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The availability of housing units is guaranteed after 4 p.m., while for the reserved pitches, the area is available from 2 p.m. of the reservation day. To avoid discomfort and long waits with bulky means, please respect the timetable and inform us in advance to assess the possibility of a temporary arrangement before having your pitch.
CAFE-SMALL SHOP
Waiting for the new building and the resulting renewal of the refreshment area, you can enjoy the refreshments service at the café in the campsite, which serves rich breakfast and fresh bread. Starting from 2015, there will be a small shop selling local food. You can also benefit from the draught wine offered by the campsite and the cellar stocked with wines from the Trentino region and Lake Garda without forgetting the extra-virgin olive oil, produced by us in person.
WI-FI
The campsite is fully covered with wi-fi signal that let you surf the net easily, through the Aeolus system, a broad-band Wi-fi connection.

CITY-BIKE
We offer our guests some city-bikes at reduced prices to facilitate short movements, the visit of the near towns, wonderful and refreshing trips along the river or reach the weekly market without the hassle of parking.
GARAGING
Within the camping, there are several solutions to store your sports equipment. At the exit towards the lake and behind the Tonelli house’s courtyard, there are two buildings where you can store your sport equipment safely. There are three boxes and you can rent one of them to self-manage your sailing, windsurfing equipment, bikes or other things.
Two large garages are set up to accommodate up to 50 bicycles. One of them is for Tonelli house’s guests only, free of charge.
The other garage is for the campsite’s guests, for a daily fee of 1.50 Euro for each stored bike.
Both buildings are set up with an automatic closing system and you can access via an electronic pass working only during daylight hours. During the night, no one can have access, since they are controlled by the alarm system. A camera monitors any access all day long.
PLAYGROUND
In the pedestrian area and close to Tonelli house, there is a safe playground for children with equipped tower, slides, swings and wide sandbox.
Instead, near the cafe, you find the covered area with two table-tennis tables and table soccer.
RELAXATION AND BARBECUE AREA
In the shadow of the majestic pine and shielded by oleanders, bamboo, banana trees and some astonishing citrus flowerbeds, you can lie under the magnificent date palm in peace or organize a barbecue with friends. Then, you can eat at the brilliant table-swing, a 2015 news in Italy!
PANORAMIC SOLARIUM WITH HYDROMASSAGE
Starting from the 2015 season, the Tonelli house’s panoramic terrace offers a solarium with mattresses and a small swimming pool, where guests can find relaxation and peace.
TOILETS / LAUNDRY
Toilet paper is always available as well as hot water, supplied all day long, free of charge, in all washbasins and showers. Toilets are cleaned twice a day, early morning and early afternoon. The bathroom for disabled people is properly equipped for their needs.
In the laundry room, there is a washing machine and a clothes’ dryer that can be used by tokens sold at the recep-tion.
