Reception is provided from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Checkout hours are only in the morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For those who wish to prepay the night before departure, the cashier is also open from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

In order to avoid inconvenience and long waits, especially with bulky vehicles, we kindly ask that you respect the hours or, if necessary, give advance notice to consider temporary accommodation while waiting for your pitch.
Next to the pool, you will find from early morning a wide selection of baked goods, fresh bread and croissants from patisseries and artisan pastries. Various types of breakfasts to be consumed comfortably at the bar, snacks during the midday hours and the ever-present aperitifs from afternoon until evening to enjoy Italian style by the pool. Theme evenings will be offered during the season with tasting menus from the area.
The campsite is totally covered by the fiber wi-fi signal, the wireless broadband connection, allows easy surfing with all the most powerful and modern electronic devices. The connection is free of charge.
We provide city-bikes for our guests only at a subsidized rate to facilitate short trips and to be able to visit on the countless bicycle paths the small towns nearby or for a wonderful and refreshing ride along the river or to reach the weekly market without the hassle of parking.
The campground offers several solutions for storing sports equipment. There are two facilities for safely storing windsurf-armed sails and three rental garages for sports equipment, bicycles, and more. In addition, there are two garages with automatic locking and access via electronic pass: one free for guests of Casa Tonelli and the other for a fee (€1.50 per day per bicycle) for camping guests. Both are guarded by an alarm system and 24-hour cameras, with access allowed only during the day.
In the heart of the campground, in the entirely pedestrian area that is precluded to cars, is our children's playground, a safe and welcoming area with an equipped tower, slides, swings, and a large sandbox, nestled in the cool shade of the majestic pine trees. For older children, on the other hand, there is a covered area under the porch of the service building courtyard with two ping-pong tables and foosball tables.
In the shade of a majestic sea pine and enveloped by the greenery of oleanders, bamboo, bougainvillea and the amazing citrus flower bed, you can indulge in a moment of pure relaxation under the magnificent date palm tree, immersed in an atmosphere of peace and nature. For those who prefer a more convivial occasion, the barbecue area is the ideal place to organize a barbecue with friends.
From the 2019 season, we have enriched the panoramic terrace of Casa Tonelli with an elegant solarium equipped with comfortable sun loungers and a mini relaxation pool, available from June. This exclusive space offers our apartment guests an oasis of tranquility where they can relax and enjoy moments of absolute well-being.
Toilet paper is always available, as is hot water, which is dispensed free of charge 24 hours a day and distributed to all washbasins and showers. To ensure maximum hygiene, the facilities are cleaned twice a day: in the evening, after 10 p.m., and in the late morning, taking advantage of off-peak times.
Much appreciated by our young guests is the nursery room equipped with the removable foam figures directly connected to the colorful children's bathroom with sanitary facilities at different sizes suitable for little ones from 2 to 12 years old.
Open since the first warmth of spring, our pool remains accessible throughout the season. Thanks to the night cover, it maintains a pleasant temperature even in the less warm periods, always offering pleasant comfort. For the little ones, there is a mini pool 40 cm deep, perfect for their fun in total safety. We guarantee heating of the pool from May 1 to September 30 and, if air temperatures allow, even beyond, to prolong the pleasure of swimming.
A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, both of which operate on a coin-operated basis, which can be purchased at the front desk. For dishwashing, in addition to the dedicated sinks, there is a coin-operated dishwasher to provide guests with an even more convenient and practical option.
We provide our guests with a free dispenser of microfiltered and refrigerated water, both natural and sparkling, to reduce plastic consumption. In 2024 alone, thanks to this system, we avoided the use of more than 20,000 PET bottles!
